- Contract Finalization: The project will only proceed after both parties have signed the contract.

- Customizable Terms: The contract may be tailored to meet the specific needs of both Team Mavericks and the Client.

- Binding Agreement: Once signed, the contract becomes legally binding and governs the project's execution.

- Precedence Over T&Cs: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the contract, the provisions in the signed contract will prevail.

This ensures that both parties are aligned on expectations and obligations before the project begins.

Governing Law
